By downloading, installing, or accessing the Project Evelyn companion iOS application or Apple Watch application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Subscription & StoreKit Purchases
Project Evelyn offers premium search capabilities, personalized grid themes, and history backups through auto-renewing subscriptions managed directly via Apple StoreKit 2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions are managed and cancelled entirely through Apple Account Settings.
3. Device Integrity & App Attest
To prevent fraud and maintain the security of our Go backend, Project Evelyn utilizes Apple's DeviceCheck and App Attest APIs. Any attempt to modify client binaries, jailbreak devices to bypass server checks, or emulate client handshakes may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of backend API access without refund.
4. Permitted Use & Limitations
You agree to use Project Evelyn only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the client apps or server endpoints.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate queries.
- Overburden or disrupt the backend servers or database networks.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Project Evelyn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated search results may occasionally contain inaccuracies or hallucinations. Always verify critical facts independently.
